• Performance of a Contract: where processing is necessary to administer your Unity Rewards membership, manage tier benefits, and deliver rewards and related services.
• Legitimate Interests: where processing is necessary to improve our services, prevent fraud, ensure network and information security, and enhance customer experience, provided such interests do not override your fundamental rights and freedoms.
• International Data Transfer: Where your personal data is transferred outside Nigeria, including to service providers located in the United Kingdom or the United States, such transfers shall be conducted in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023.

• request restriction of processing in certain circumstances;
• request data portability, where applicable; and
• lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) if you believe
  your data protection rights have been violated.
