Job Summary:

United Nigeria Airline is seeking an experienced and detailed -driven Aircraft Appearance & Cabin Standards Manager to lead and maintain world-class aircraft cleanliness and cabin presentation standards across our fleet.

The successful candidate will ensure that all aircraft interiors and exteriors consistently reflect the airline’s premium brand and deliver an exceptional passenger experience.

Duties/Responsiblities:

Develop and implement aircraft cabin appearance and cleanliness standards across the fleet
Manage aircraft cleaning programs (turnaround, night-stop, deep cleaning) across all stations.
Oversee the condition and presentation of cabin interiors including seats, galleys, lavatories, carpets, and upholstery.
Monitor cabin quality and resolve appearance defects in coordination with engineering and operations
Manage cleaning vendors and service providers, including SLAs and performance audits
Analyse passenger feedback and drive improvements in cabin presentation and cleanliness

Passenger experience focus

Experience & Qualification

8–12+ years’ aviation experience
Minimum 5 years in cabin services, inflight operations, or product standards
HND or Bachelor’s degree
Strong knowledge of airline cabin product standards, service quality, and vendor management
