Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior CAMO Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of our aircraft fleet by planning, coordinating, and monitoring maintenance activities. This includes advance planning of maintenance tasks, liaison with departments, notification of maintenance requirements, preparation of work scopes and spare parts requirements, review of technical documents, and maintenance of accurate records and logs.   

Duties/Responsiblities:

  • Ensuring advance planning of all required maintenance on aircraft or aircraft components so as to ensure that all maintenance is accomplished within the intervals specified in the approved maintenance programme.
  • Liaison with appropriate departments to make aircraft required for maintenance available at the appropriate time
  • Notifying the appropriate departments of aircraft or component maintenance requirement well in advance to facilitate planning for the necessary equipment and manpower resources
  • Prepares work scopes/package for heavy maintenance checks/inspections called up in the process of the implementation of approved maintenance programme and advising the Store officer as to provide the spare parts requirement for upcoming inspections.
  • Reviews applicable ADs, SBs and other technical documents for implementation.

Job Summary

The Flight Operations Manager has the authority and responsibility for the management and supervision of all flight operations activities.

Duties/Responsiblities:

 

  • The FOM reports to the DFO, who has the authority and responsibility for all line operations through the coordination and supervision of the flight operations department, the cabin crew department and the operations control department;
  • The formulation, administration and control of the Company’s Flight Operations policy relating to operating standards, flight safety and flight training and the development of appropriate procedures designed to achieve safe and efficient flight operations by the Company, in accordance with all statutory requirements;
  • Ensure that Company policy and procedures are promulgated in the PASL Operations Manuals, which define the Company Standard Operating Procedures to be followed;
  • Ensure that the Contract/Special Duties Operations are kept fully aware of legal, statutory and mandatory regulations applicable to flight operations, and making such recommendations as are appropriate for necessary improvements within the flight operations department;
  • Ensure that the Company maintains the highest achievable standards of flight safety and efficiency by supporting industry and regulatory initiatives, the prompt closure of quality audit non-conformances, and the adoption of safety management practices within the Company;
  • The collection and dissemination of information contained in NCAA circulars and notices, and any other information affecting safety or regulation of flight operations;
  • Assists and liaises with the DFO for publication of PASL Manuals such as Operations Manual (OM), Training Manual (TM) and Low Visibility Operations Manual (LVOP) to keep the contents, amendments, revisions, instructions and information in these documents up-to-date.
  • Determination of the usability of aerodromes for Company operations, identify restrictions for their use and to lay down the appropriate aerodrome operating minima;
  • Determination of the usability of areas and airways to be utilized for the Company’s flight operation and establishment of minimum flight altitudes
  • To represent, as far as flight operations are concerned the Company’s interests in National, International bodies and Institutions.
  • To ensure that any contractor employed meets the required standards, since the Company when contracting for the provision of certain services retains responsibility for the maintenance of proper standards.
  • Overall responsibility for the safe and legal operation of the PASL FTL scheme (N.B. Day to day control of the operation of the FTL scheme will be vested in the SOCC, but the FOM retains overall accountability for its safe and legal operation);
  • Ensure the functioning of the Quality System within the flight operations department and monitor the implementation of corrective action within the department;

Job Summary

The Quality and Safety Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of quality assurance and safety programs within the airline. This role ensures compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. The manager will develop, implement, and monitor safety management systems (SMS), quality control processes, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and safety. The QSM is responsible for the day-to-day management of safety and security risks in United Nigeria Airlines operations.

Duties/Responsiblities:

1.     Safety Management:

·       Develop, implement, and maintain the airline’s Safety Management System (SMS) in accordance with regulatory requirements.

·       Conduct safety risk assessments and hazard analyses, and ensure that mitigation strategies are effectively implemented.

·       Oversee incident and accident investigations, ensuring that root causes are identified, and corrective actions are taken.

·       Promote a safety culture throughout the organization by conducting training, workshops, and awareness programs.

·       Liaise with aviation authorities and other regulatory bodies regarding safety issues and compliance.

  1. Quality Assurance:

·       Develop and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., IOSA, ISO, NCAA)

·       Conduct regular audits and inspections of operational procedures, maintenance practices, and other critical functions to ensure adherence to quality standards.

·       Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for continuous improvement.

  1. Regulatory Compliance:

·       Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations, including those set by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) and other applicable bodies.

·       Keep up-to-date with changes in aviation regulations and standards, and ensure the airline’s operations remain compliant and monitor all internal exemptions related to maintenance program and Mel

·       Prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies as required and monitor the expiry date of the AOC and ensures it is renewed on time.

4.     Incident Management:

·       Lead the investigation of safety incidents and quality non-conformances

·       Collaborate with relevant departments to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions

·       Maintain incident reporting systems and ensure accurate documentation of all safety and quality incidents.

5.     Training and Development

·   Develop and deliver training programs related to safety, quality, and compliance for staff at all levels.

·   Provide guidance and support to staff on safety and quality matters

Duties/Responsiblities:

Travel Agents

  • Obtain from the Commercial team a copy of the service level agreement for each Travel Agent, as approved by the Head of Commercial Services.
  • Shall be responsible for the top-up of deposits made by approved Travel Agents in Videcom upon confirmation of inflow with the SFA via email.
  • Shall download soft copies of each Travel Agent daily sales report from Videcom ensuring that sales reports are duly checked as well as maintain updated record of sales data for respective Travel Agents on day-to-day basis in prescribed format for submission to the Revenue Accountant (RA)and SFA.
  • Shall post the deposits made as well as daily sales data for respective Travel Agents correctly and promptly in Tally as appropriate in accordance with the chart of accounts.
  • Prepares and submit to Senior Revenue Accountant & Senior Financial Accountant weekly and Month-end comprehensive reports on Travel Agents performance in prescribed format.
  • Handles the Posting of Refund Credit Notes issued to Travel Agents into the applicable Ledger accounts in Tally in accordance with the chart of accounts.
  • Shall regularly monitor and reconcile the accounts of respective Travel Agents ensuring that there is no breach of any kind.

  • Ensuring on-time departure of all flights and making sure that allotted ground times are not exceeded

The Graphic designer will play a vital role in United Nigeria Airlines, by helping the company create visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing materials.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Developing visual assets to support a marketing campaign
  • Designing a graphic overlay for social media posts
  • Formalising a print ad layout and retouching photos for digital signage
  • Liaising with the unit head to determine requirements and timelines
  • Managing all briefings from typesetting through to graphic design, print and production if necessary.
  • Developing concepts, graphics and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability and readers’ needs.
  • Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size.
  • Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.
  • keeping the unit head up to date, listening to and acting on feedback, and explaining the rationale behind graphic design decisions.
  • reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
  • keeping up to date with design and software trends.
  • liaising with external printers or production teams to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed or presented to the highest quality.
  • Create visual, graphic, and video support for internal and external needs.
  • Create custom backgrounds, lower thirds, animate IMAG graphics and more for internal and external needs.
  • Create social media and other types of advertising graphics (teaching photos, videos, creative LED support).
  • Support content needs, i.e., music video shoots, promotional support, and visuals.
  • Capture b-roll for playback social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute creative visuals, elements, and stories.
  • Work with the unit head for networking and special events when necessary.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned by your Line Manager.

Required Skills/Abilities::

  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suites, Adobe Suite, Google Docs, Zoom, Streaming, Video Editing; Effects; Graphic Design Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Facebook Messenger, Twitter etc
  • Ability to coordinate several projects to a successful completion with little or no supervision
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills including the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks

Experience & Qualification

  • B.Sc/HND/ND in Computer or Graphics Design.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Graphics Design is compulsory
  • Three (3) years’ experience working with a corporate entity or 5 years demonstrated work as a professional in the capacity of a freelancer.
  • Previous experience in Aviation industry is an added advantage

  • Offer support and assist the Revenue Accountants in Sales and Revenue related tasks.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations of ticketing offices.
  • Provides Revenue Accountant with relevant information about the revenue generated.

Accounting & Reconciliation of Cash Sales Control Accounts and Collections Accounts

 

  • Posting of reconciled sales report to Cash Sales Control Accounts.
  • Extraction of EBT, Cash sales and cash handling charges for each station.
  • Posting of revenue generated through EBT from each station.
  • Posting of cash sales lodged into the various collection accounts by all stations.
  • Reconciliation of Cash Sales Control Accounts.
  • Reconciliation of Forward Sales – EBT
  • Reconciliation of Forward Sales – Paxs + MCO

Others

  • Monthly breakdown of sales g enerated from all ticketing offices including paystack.
  • Daily update of EHI cargo sales report.

    Curriculum Design and Delivery
  • Create training materials, manuals, and multimedia visual aids for various training programs

    Regulatory Compliance:
