Captain Imediegwu is a result-driven professional with 20,095 hours of flying and proven airline flight operations management experience having served as Director of Flight Operations for over 14 years, developing operational practices, and grooming cohesive teams to ensure safety, schedule and service with excellent reliability. This includes the preparation of relevant operations manuals (OM A, B, C and D), working with the team through the NCAA approvals and subsequent issuance of AOC that culminated in the completion of IOSA certification.
Prior to joining United Nigeria Airlines, Captain Imediegwu was the Director of Flight Operations with First Nation Airways where he led the operations team to review routes and schedules for optimization and checking new route development for safety.
