United Nigeria Airlines Limited invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced personnel for the position of Crew Scheduler. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining flight crew rosters, ensuring adequate crew coverage for scheduled operations, and monitoring compliance with applicable crew duty, rest, and Flight Time Limitation (FTL) requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• A minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
• Relevant experience in crew scheduling, airline operations, or a related aviation role will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of crew rostering principles, duty and rest requirements, and applicable aviation regulations.
• Proficiency in computer applications and the ability to work with crew scheduling
• Strong organisational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work shifts, manage time-sensitive assignments, and respond effectively to operational changes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and maintain flight crew rosters in line with the approved flight schedule and available crew resources.
• Monitor crew availability, qualifications, validity of licences, and other requirements necessary for flight assignments.
• Ensure crew assignments comply with applicable Flight Time Limitations (FTL), duty periods, and rest requirements.
• Coordinate crew replacements, roster adjustments, and operational changes with Crew Control, the Operations Control Centre, and other relevant departments.
