Unit: Operations Control Centre (OCC)

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

United Nigeria Airlines Limited invites applications from suitably qualified and motivated

candidates for the position of Assistant Flight Dispatcher within its Operations Control

Centre.

The successful candidates will support flight dispatch and operational control activities,

including load control, aircraft weight and balance documentation, and the preparation of

Load and Trim Sheets in accordance with Company procedures, aircraft limitations, and

applicable NCAA regulations.

Minimum Entry Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) from a recognised institution.
• Successful completion of an approved Aviation Training Organisation (ATO) course
• in Flight Dispatch.
• Possession of a valid NCAA Flight Dispatcher Licence.
• A minimum score of 80% in the United Nigeria Airlines entry assessment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the flight dispatcher to perform load control functions to ensure the safe and
• accurate distribution of aircraft payload within approved weight and balance limits.
• Calculate and verify aircraft weight and balance data and produce the required load
• control documentation before flight departure.
• Coordinate with Flight Dispatchers and ground handling personnel to resolve loading
• irregularities and ensure operational readiness.
• Maintain load control records and ensure all assigned duties comply with applicable
• aviation regulations, approved procedures, and operational safety standards.
