Morounke Babalola has 25 years of experience in customer service delivery strategies. She has the responsibility to supervise and motivate the cabin crew team to deliver the unique United Nigeria Airlinees experience and ensure passengers have a comfortable and happy flight.
Prior to joining United Nigeria, Mrs. Babalola worked as a Manager of Cabin Services with First Nation and Bellview Airways where she supervised all cabin services affairs and carried out the responsibilities of Cabin Instructor/ Purser as well as contracting out cabin and inflight service-related issues, seeing to the completion and following up on the implementation. Mrs. Babalola graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology from Ondo State University, Ado- Ekiti. Ekiti State.
